Are these documents valid if my child goes to school out of state?
Yes, Florida documents generally remain valid nationwide, provided the student maintains Florida residency.
Why is the student the client?
The legal documents we prepare require the consent of the college bound student, who must be at least 18 years old. Therefore, the attorney/client relationship is between the college bound student and the lawyers of College Prep Lawyers.
